Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Chudiwalaa, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure high-quality products. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers can cancel their orders until 11 AM the next day after placing the order.
  • Upon successful cancellation within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
  • After 11 AM the next day, orders will be moved to processing and no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
  • Please ensure you carefully review your order details, including size, color, and quantity, before completing the purchase.

2. Replacement Policy

 

We understand that issues may arise during shipping or due to unforeseen circumstances. To address this, we offer a replacement policy under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products Received: If the product is damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement.
  • Wrong Size Delivered: If the size delivered does not match your order, we will replace it with the correct size.

3. Conditions for Replacement

 

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met: (Note: Replacement requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted)

  • The replacement must be requested within 2 days of product delivery at contactchudiwalaa@gmail.com along with the the reason and order details.

  • Wrong Size Delivered:

    • If the size delivered does not match the order placed, we will replace it with the correct size after verifying the returned product.
    • If our verification shows the correct size was delivered, the customer will be responsible for both return pickup charges and the shipping charges for resending the desired size.
  • Damaged Products Received or Empty Parcel Received:

    • Parcel Opening video will be required in case of damaged product / Empty Parcel Claim , Please make sure to film a video of a parcel opening.
    • If the product is damaged during shipping, customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage (including the product and packaging).
    • Upon successful verification of the evidence, we will send a replacement product.
  • The product must be returned to us in its original packaging box as sent.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the issue (wrong size or damaged product) is verified to be from our end.

4. How to Request a Replacement

 

  • Raise a repalacement request at contactchudiwalaa@gmail.com within days of receiving your product.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Order information
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    • A description of the issue
  • Once your request is verified and approved, we will process the replacement after receiving the returned product.

Note: Replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

 

  • Refunds are applicable only for order cancellations made before 11 AM the next day after placing the order.
