Chudiwalaa ₹10,000 Lucky Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Organizer

The contest is organized by Chudiwalaa (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

2. Contest Duration

• The contest begins on 18th FEB 2025 and ends on 1st April 2025.
• Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• The contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above.
• Employees of Chudiwalaa, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. How to Participate

To enter the lucky draw, participants must:

1. Order the product featured in the contest on the Chudiwalaa platform.
2. Follow the official Instagram account of Chudiwalaa.
3. Subscribe to the official YouTube channel of Chudiwalaa.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced on 6th April,2025 on Chudiwalaa’s Instagram & YouTube pages.
• The winner must respond within 2 DAYS to claim the prize; otherwise, a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Details

• The contest winner will receive a cash prize of ₹10,000.
• The prize is non-transferable and will be sent via bank transfer/UPI to the winner’s verified account.
• The winner must provide valid ID proof & bank details for prize disbursement.

7. Disqualification

Entries will be disqualified if:

• They fail to meet any of the eligibility criteria.
• Fake or fraudulent social media accounts are used.
• The participant unfollows/unsubscribes before the winner announcement.

8. Liability & Rights

• Chudiwalaa reserves the right to verify participants’ details before awarding the prize.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical errors or network issues affecting participation.
• By entering the contest, participants grant Chudiwalaa permission to use their name, image, and contest-related content for promotional purposes.
• Product ordered will not be returned and replaced under this offer under any circumstances.

9. Changes & Termination

• Chudiwalaa reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.

10. Legal Compliance

• The contest is subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of KOTA, RAJASTHAN courts.
